Optimise Your Storage Space
Backsafe Australia specialises in smart storage and warehousing systems that help you make the most of your vertical space, boost productivity, and improve the safety and flow of goods in and out of your facility. Whether you’re storing standard pallets or handling sensitive equipment, our solutions are designed for durability, security, and cost-effectiveness across a wide range of industries.
We build customised materials handling and storage systems that can be tailored to suit operations of any size, whether it's a busy warehouse or a compact workshop. Our solutions are built to withstand the demands of daily use while streamlining your handling, storage, and transport processes.
What are Pallet Cages?
Pallet cages are extremely versatile, as the mesh cage enclosing the pallet enables a variety of different goods and stock to be stored, while their strength and durability mean that pallet cages can be used for both storage and transport.
A further advantage is that pallet cages enable quick and easy access to stock via a drop-down gate, but can then be collapsed when not in use so as to save space and transport costs, making them an important component of any materials handling system.
Backsafe Australia supplies a range of WERKS pallet cages that can be used in both pallet racking and stand-alone applications, and which are easy to move and manoeuvre using either a forklift or pallet jack.
Our range includes pallet cages featuring a unique positive locking bar that ensures there is no movement when stored on racking.
What are Stillages or Stillage Cages?
A stillage is a raised platform usually fitted with a cage or sides, meaning it's a versatile piece of material handling equipment that is ideal for moving and storing stock of a non-standard design or shape.
Stillages can also be collapsed and then stacked, so they don't take up too much floor space when not in use, which ultimately helps to improve efficiency and reduce associated storage costs. They can be moved using either a forklift or pallet jack, and provide easy access to stock at all times.
At Backsafe Australia, we supply a range of stillages that can be used in any sort of materials handling application.
What are Storage Cages?
Storage cages feature a mesh cage that can be attached to a pallet, and they are highly versatile owing to the fact that they come in a range of sizes and, when fitted with a gate, provide easy access to stock and goods at all times.
Easy to move using either a forklift or pallet jack, a storage cage can be collapsed when not in use, making them easy to stack and store without taking up valuable space that could otherwise be used for inventory.
