If you have a quick question and you feel it's not convenient to call sometimes. With the same perspective in mind we’ve introduced an online chat service. We believe that live chat capability helps the customers to reach the customer care services quicker than dialling a number on phone or kept waiting for the calls to be attended in case of busy lines.
The Live Chat feature enables a prospective customer to have a live conversation with our expert marketing representatives in real time while they are viewing the products online or if they have any post queries or pre sales enquiries. Now your queries, questions or any price quote can be answered immediately by just clicking on the live chat icon on the website and you will be well attended by our expert marketing representatives.
The live chat option is available on the top right pane on our website. By clicking you will immediately be connected to our agent. The service is currently available from 7am to 5pm from Monday to Friday.
