Australia Wide Shipping up to (AUD $35.00 + GST)
If any point of time, your shipping costs more than basic charges due to size, weight or destination, we will contact you to arrange additional shipping payment as applicable. As such AUD $35.00 + GST is the basic shipping charge, that will cover most of the smaller to medium size packages to major cities all over Australia and also smaller packages to the remote locations.
Freight is always calculated depending upon the Size of Product (Dimensions of the Product or Box) or the total weight of the product and the specified destination. We strive to provide the best shipping experience to our customers so we use several reputed freight/courier companies and Australia Post and the most economical way to ship your goods so that it will not be heavier to your pocket.
It is currently not possible for us to calculate an exact shipping charge for each item as our product ranges from a smallest castor wheel for a platform trolley to a Huge Relocatable Dangerous Goods Store.

Perth Metro Parcel Delivery (AUD $20.00 + GST) / Perth Metro Pallet Delivery (AUD $45.00 + GST)
Your item will be shipped by registered/express post, courier or delivery by our truck.
Pick Up from Canning Vale WA 6155 (AUD $0.00)
We allow pick up from our warehouse at 60, Mordaunt Circuit, Canning Vale WA 6155.
Our restocking fee is 20% and goods will be returned on the customers freight account. A refund or credit after deducting the restocking fee will be processed within 7 - 10 days of the item being returned.
All our products are covered by 12 month warranty period that excludes any damage, misuse and abuse (castors or wheels are not covered under warranty). It is the customer's responsibility to return the items safely to Backsafe Australia for assessment. The item will be accessed by our specialised team and repaired or replaced accordingly.
