Freight is always calculated depending upon the Size of Product (Dimensions of the Product or Box) or the total weight of the product and the specified destination. We strive to provide the best shipping experience to our customers so we use several reputed freight/courier companies and Australia Post and the most economical way to ship your goods so that it will not be heavier to your pocket.
Deliveries must be signed for upon receipt, we will not deliver to an unattended location due to the risk of fraudulent purchases or deliveries going missing.

Our restocking fee is 20% and goods will be returned on the customers freight account. A refund or credit after deducting the restocking fee will be processed within 7 - 10 days of the item being returned.
All our products are covered by 12 month warranty period that excludes any damage, misuse and abuse (castors or wheels are not covered under warranty). It is the customer's responsibility to return the items safely to Backsafe Australia for assessment. The item will be assessed by our specialised team and repaired or replaced accordingly.
