What is Fatigue?

Fatigue is more than just feeling tired or drowsy. It is an ongoing state of tiredness that leads to mental or physical exhaustion. This prevents people from functioning withing normal limits.


Causes of Fatigue:

Ways to prevent Fatigue:

  • Get enough sleep
